POLE CANOPIES Pole canopies have a vinyl top supported by both perimeter and center pole(s). This gives the canopy a sculpted look. With a pole canopy rental, you are responsible for pick up from our store, setup, takedown, and return. They are ideal for budget priced events. We will provide simple instructions to help you with the assembly. Pole canopies are available in 16' x 16', 20' x 20', 20' x 30', and 20' x 40' sizes. When possible, call ahead and reserve your canopy over the phone. FRAME CANOPIES Frame canopies have a vinyl top but no center poles, providing a larger interior space and a more formal look. Frame canopy rentals include local delivery, setup and takedown. Generally frame canopies are the choice when one is looking for a more formal look and the convenience of our delivery and setup service. They are available in a large variety of dimensions starting with a 20 x 20 size. For help with selecting the right size canopy refer to the Canopy Guide shown on this page. The best rule of thumb is to allow extra space. You may also want to consider allowing space for a 5 piece band (275 sf), a DJ (200 sf), or a dance floor (5 sf per person). Keep in mind you will need at least an extra 6 ft of space on all sides of the canopy to allow for the ropes and stakes that anchor the canopy in place. For example, a 20' x 20' canopy will require a 32' x 32' area. We will anchor your canopy in place with stakes (in soil) or with concrete anchors. |
